Woodruff was created by two friends Colm Maguire & Simon Williams with a shared idea to create a restaurant that stands out from the crowd.
A neighbourhood bistro named after the wild herb woodruff. Our food is focused on quality local products, wild foods and proximity to producers. We respect seasons and try to represent the diversity, the care and the work of the farmers, growers and makers on our island.
We serve over 100 wines from producers that work close with nature from all around europe. Our wine list is focused on organic, low intervention and natural wines, we choose wines that taste of where they are from & that we like to drink.
